Registration Examination

Registration Examination is among the services offered by the Health Laboratory Practitioners Council. This service is provided twice a year, in the months of April and October, though it is rarely conducted in December when there is a great need. This service is offered to a Health Laboratory Practitioner who posses a Provisional Registration Certificate that has expired or left with almost 90 days to expire. Applications for this service are made online through the HPRS system when the Examination application window is open.

Before the Examination application window closes, an applicant is allowed to change their selected examination centers in the HPRS system, provided the desired center has available slots/capacity. After the window closes, Examination applications will be reviewed by the Registrar's Office for approval, and the applicant will receive confirmation regarding the sites they applied for and the candidate's examination number.
